A Cry For Help
My father is starting to use his computer a lot more and he still struggles with a few issues, but he is starting to become more computer literate. He called yesterday and was so upset because he had no idea how to remove trojan horse viruses from his system. I agreed to stop over and to help him get it straightened out. I felt bad for him because he does not understand this type of thing and I am hoping that it will not discourage him from using the computer. He was just starting to feel a bit more confident and this really scared him.
