Start Exercising with a Beginner Triathlon Training Program
A lot of people have a hard time getting up off the couch and doing any type of exercise. I have noticed that people that get involved with beginner triathlon training programs have a lot higher success rate when it comes to fitness. They stick to their programs and keep it going. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that this type of training keeps it interesting. It incorporates the three elements of swimming, cycling and running but it also has days with weight training and so much more. It keeps it really fun and interesting which helps a lot.
