Meeting More Regularly Through Video Conference
The thing that I like best about the ability to video conference is that it allows this company to substantially reduce it carbon footprint and save a lot of money at the same time. We have offices on five different continents and it was really becoming a hassle to coordinate our twice yearly meetings where all of the senior management staff from every office was required to come to New York for a meeting. Video conferencing has changed that dynamic considerably. We even meet on a monthly basis now. I can only imagine how much money that would have cost the company.
