Diagnosing and repairing configuration problems
Today Microsoft released a Bing search application for the iPhone. Samsung’s network operator partners, however, haven’t specifically said that Mobile Care will be installed on its versions of these phone. The first few handsets to run Mobile Care include the Samsung Highlight, Gravity 2 and Comeback. Nuance Mobile Care also helps with customer account queries, upgrades and paying bills.
Some of the issues it can help resolve include diagnosing and repairing configuration problems. Mobile Care will help reverse cell phone lookup end users automatically resolve common problems directly on their handset. Today Nuance Communications announced that is is partnering with Samsung to pre-load Nuance’s Mobile Care software on select Samsung handsets.
