I don’t know the exact “bodybuilding” workouts that Vince Delmonte outlines as I’ve only skimmed through his program from a while back… That said, your main concern that you are “under-training” is absolutely nothing to worry about. The primary stimulus involved in creating hypertrophy is INTENSITY and NOT volume. The number of sets and exercises included in the 26 week plan is absolutely, positively, without a doubt enough volume to produce optimal growth… As you grow stronger over time your volume will only decrease since the stress from each set will increase. If it doesn’t feel like enough work, then you aren’t generating sufficient intensity on your sets.
