Eat Less Fat And Get Less Cholesterol
It never ceases to amaze me, the subjects my friends and I discus over coffee. This morning we somehow got chatting about the causes and effects of cholesterol and what we should do about it.
To be honest none of us really knew that much about it but that doesn’t stop our conversations. We managed to come up with a couple of ideas about cholesterol and our health.
We decided that we should reduce the amount of fat we eat and the best way to do that was by eating less junk food.
We were so pleased with ourselves for thinking this up we decided to celebrate with a couple more donuts.
