Additional Information On Migraine Symptoms

Certain actions have been found to cause migraine headaches and some of the more common causes are food additives, nitrates, MSG, nicotine, alcohol, chocolate, weather changes, anxiety, stress, hormonal changes, loud noises, bright light, and lack of sleep. It is unknown why these things cause headaches but if you determine what causes your migraines then you may be able to avoid the items and actions that cause your migraines, thus taking preventive measures and avoiding future migraine episodes. It is thought that specific genetics result in individuals that react differently to blood pressure and other bodily functions which cause stress and in turn cause migraines.
