A Great Protein Shake
My husband, Kevin, has recently got himself on a major health kick. It all began when his employer decided to enter a team into the local soccer league. Since then, all the guys at work have been on some kind of a fitness challenge in preparation for tryouts. Kevin has really become obsessed with building and toning his muscles, so recently I bought him some protein shakes as a special treat. He tried one and said it was the best protein shake he’d ever tasted. I definitely don’t mind his enthusiasm for working out, he’s already got his six-pack back and his biceps are getting bigger too!
