An Exercise Plan

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday my friend, Julie, and I get together to exercise. For the past two months we have been doing a diet called the Fat Burning Furnace. We have been walking for three miles each of the three days we get together to exercise. Last week I told Julie that I thought I wanted to start adding weights to our exercise plan. Julie said she thought adding weights would be a good idea. Since neither one of us has any experience doing weight, I bought an exercise tape for us to follow. Everyday before we walk we do this exercise tape.
