Use a training partner to help with your workouts

A training partner is great for helping to motivate you through your workouts. It is great to have someone pushing you to get that extra set or rep you might not have if you were training by yourself. A training partner not only helps at the gym, he or she can help before the gym as well. On those days when you feel like skipping going to the gym, and just dont feel like working out, a training partner can help to make sure you stay on track and workout more consistently.
