Call me crazy or freak but then I really could not help but think that there will really be people who would do everything that they can to take advantage of any situation. For me, selling this house has that possibility too which is why I took the initiative and got the real estate lock boxes for this house. I know for sure that the agent will be more comfortable with us having the real estate lock boxes than us going and supervising every ocular inspection. Having the real estate lock boxes would mean less hassle for all of us and at the same time it would also help lessen our worries.
