Donating Funds To Our Alma Mater
My husband and I are alumna’s of a very prestigious college in the south. We met there and have several fond memories of our time there. Every year we try to send a large donation to the school to support them. This year the school said they wanted the funds to go towards new equipment in the chemistry lab. The said they wanted to invest in some fume hoods because the ones they had needed replacing. I was happy that we had the funds and could offer a helping hand to a school we loved so much. They held a ceremony to honor us for our donation.
