How would you rate your business intelligence? Are you a wizard at math? Do you love to keep up with trend reports? Are you the type to subscribe to Forbes Magazine? Were you a member of the Future Business Leaders of America when you were in high school? If I had to give myself a score, I would say I was about a C business owner. I have the ideas and the big picture but when it comes to the details and financials, I really am at a loss. But running your business is half of the work. So I recommend being good at both before you open your doors!
