Bankruptcy for a Partnership Corporation
My partners and I have decided to file for bankruptcy within the next two months. We are just getting a few things in order and have already consulted with bankruptcy lawyers. We will file for either chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. Have of the partners want to go for chapter 7 while I and the rest want to take chapter 13. I want to rebuild this company and reorganize it so that we can get out of this mess. If we go for chapter 7 bankruptcy, we may lose everything and I guess us partners will go our separate ways afterwards.
